Access & eligibility

Reservations & cancellations

Reservation windows and cancellation terms may vary by package. Late cancellations can affect membership privileges.

  • Provide at least 24 hours notice for changes.
  • No-shows may incur fees.
  • Deposits apply to select experiences.

Payments & billing

Memberships renew based on the selected package period. Billing information must remain current to avoid service interruptions.

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Refunds are reviewed case-by-case.
  • Failed payments may pause access.

Conduct & usage

We maintain a respectful environment. Violations of conduct policies may result in suspension or termination of membership.
